New name, new game.

GfS Solutions had decades of experience in measurement and automation. But their name, brand, and story weren’t keeping pace with the business they had become. They came to us with three ambitions: grow their customer base, communicate more clearly, and step into the market with a stronger, smarter identity. Our response: not a refresh. A reinvention.

Engineered from the inside out.

The name “iocto” bridges science, engineering and digital mindset – from the smallest measurable unit to the logic of input and output. It’s distinctive, digital, and deeply relevant. Around that name, we built a brand system rooted in clarity and precision. Confident tone. Minimalist visuals. Colours and typography designed to express focus, not fuss. Everything aligns – from strategy to site, from logotype to language.

Framing the brand.

To make iocto visually consistent, we defined a clear image style – from camera angles to colour mood. Photographers and filmmakers received practical guidance on composition, subject focus and lighting. We also delivered animation templates and artwork specs to ensure every asset, static or moving, spoke the same visual language.

Launched with intention.

This wasn’t just a logo drop. We rolled out the brand in layers – starting with internal engagement, then evolving it into external communication. A responsive website with layered parallax effects. A clearly documented identity system. Trade show materials. Messaging guides. Social-ready visuals. Everything measured, everything on brand.

A brand isn’t real until people feel it. To bring iocto to life from the inside out, we created a brand starter kit for employees – complete with a brand book, onboarding materials and thoughtful merchandise. It’s more than a welcome box. It’s a signal: you’re part of something new.
